The Bali Orchid Garden provides a peaceful, relaxing tropical haven where you can stroll amongst a wide variety of tropical flowers, foliage plants and our exquisite orchid collection. Many of our visitors also enjoy sitting and relaxing in the shade of one of the garden rest areas.
A changing variety of orchids bloom throughout the year.
See colourful and impressive Cattleyas and Dendrobiums growing on fern posts and beds of Vandaceous hybrids. The garden's large collection of species genera include Bubophyllum, cadetia, Coelogyne, Dendrobium, Dendrochilum, Eria, Grammatophyllum, Phragmipedium, Rhynchostylus, Phalaenopsis and many more. Be sure to find the Encyclia radiata and Angraecum with their upside down flowers and the 'Black Orchid' Coelogyne pandurata both of which flower frequently .You will need a magnifying glass to see the perfect beauty of some of the species. An Indonesian species collection is currently being assembled.

Paved walkways pass among gardens displaying colourful bromeliads, heliconias and a large variety of foliage plants while the shade-house is home to anthuriums, pitcher plants (Nepenthe), hoyas, the 'bat flower' and many other colourful plants..as well as many orchids
STOP and enjoy refreshments in the CAFE where you can taste one of a variety of Indonesian coffees or try our special Kopi Luwak, or a Jus Campur, or if you prefer, a local beer or liqueur; then spend time selecting that special memento from our wide variety of souvenirs.
Flowers from the gardens can be purchased for your hotel room.
