What can be returned?
Due to customs and the type of product you may NOT return the following products: Kopi Luwak, Orchid Flasks. If these product arrive damaged then please contact us and we can assist with the claim process and getting a replacement item shipped.
All other products can be returned.
What can be cancelled?
You may cancel you booking for a room decoration, tour, or garden visit at any stage, however the following penalties will apply:

All items must be returned to us in their original state and packaging. Failure to do this will result in your return being rejected.

Shipping Charges:
You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges of returned items unless those items are returned due to faulty or damaged product. If items are faulty or damaged we will usually ship a replacement without requiring a return once proof of fault or damage has been established.
Returns credit payments:
All refunds are to the credit card used to make the purchase using PayPal. If you paid via direct credit or wire transfer we will refund you directly to your bank account less any bank fees we are required to pay.
